To Make a Report

After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a "Report Key." Write down your Report Key and Password, and keep them in a safe place. Two weeks after making your report, you may use your Report Key and Password to check the report status.

EthicsPoint is an updated platform similar to the Employee Concern Line that Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. has had for years and its purpose is essentially the same: If you have concerns, the Company wants to hear about them. Please use this service for anything you would have previously reported or communicated through the Employee Concern Line.

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is an organization with strong values of responsibility and integrity. Our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics contains guidelines for conducting business with the highest standards of ethics.

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is committed to an environment of open and honest communication. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor, management, and/or any representative in the Human Resources department regarding instances where you believe violations of policies have occurred. Sally Beauty Holdings takes your concerns seriously and strives to take all needed actions to bring a speedy resolution to the matter.

SBH does not tolerate any form of retaliation against an associate for making a good-faith report of potential legal or policy violations. No associate shall be adversely affected because they reported a concern in good faith.

We encourage you to report any issues to your immediate supervisor and escalate as needed to management and any HR representative. In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, you are encouraged to use this hotline. We encourage you to submit as much information in the report as you feel comfortable sharing so that the Company may provide thorough follow up. However, if you choose to remain anonymous, you may do so.

This hotline is hosted by a third party provider, EthicsPoint, and is sent to us on a confidential and anonymous bias, if you should choose. Anonymous complaints are reviewed to the best of our ability based on the information provided. The amount of detail impacts how we can look into issues and the overall resolution.
